Dessert cakes WZ cake
The WZ is a famous Polish cake created in Warsaw in the 1940s. There are different stories explaining the origin of its name, but what we know for sure is that its a delicious combination of cocoa sponge cake soaked in sweet liquor and a rich whipped cream. The finishing touch is a glaze of cocoa icing and a piped decoration.
