Inspired by the Italian classic we created a decadent, wonderful tiramisu cake that pays homage to the original. Two layers of light sponge soaked in coffee syrup with the addition of marsala wine, a silky mascarpone-based cream and as a finishing touch a generous sprinkle of cocoa powder. Ingredients of the highest quality and an unforgettable taste!
